Part of being a Friend of MHINDS means sharing what you learn...

The Friend of MHINDS team from Egyptian Health Department is depending on you to help share the info we present to your school. Why? Because YOU are an influence to those you know. If you express interest in mental health, your peers will pay attention, and they'll pass it along too.

What's the best way to share information?

Social media of course! Use your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media accounts to share the information we provide. Check out our Friend of MHINDS accounts to see students already busy sharing.

What process do I follow when posting information?

Using either the handouts we provide during a meeting, or by accessing information from the top navigation bar above, post a fact and include your school hashtag. Be sure to also tag Friend of MHINDS in your post. Some examples are posted below:

Can I share other mental health information?

Of course! We've had some great Friend of MHINDS friends to post some info that they found also. The only rule to follow is that of RESPECT. Make sure that all of the posts that you tag Friend of MHINDS in represents you as an ideal digital citizen that doesn't use social media to make other people feel bad or uncomfortable.
